Are you interested in a career in healthcare? this 2 block, 1 year course is designed to prepare students for college study or entry-level positions in this fast-growing industry that includes over 400 professions from audiology to zoology.
This program is for Lewiston High School students who have completed Anatomy & Physiology as Sophomores.
Students will also practice clinical skills in the lab, explore a variety of medical professions and develop a comprehensive career portfolio. Students who complete the course will have the opportunity to earn 3 national certifications: first aid/CPR, work-ready skills and the National Healthcare Assessment.
