Brianne Doyle comes from the working culinary/hospitality industry with over 8 years of experience in: Restaruants, Inns, Bakeries, Hotels and Education. She is an alumni of LRTC Culinary Arts Program. Brianne graduated from the world renown Culinary Institute of America in New York, with her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
She is dedicated to working with high school students through the Culinary Arts Program in the field of Baking and Pastry to further their knowledge, understanding and work on developing outstanding skills to help equip students for further growth and development upon graduation. She also teaches for Lewiston Adult Education along with Chef Dan Caron.
She currently owns and operates her personal wedding cake business throughout the summer months, known as, La Bella Torta (Italian for, "The Beautiful Cake").
