I am an Ed Tech with the Lewiston Regional Technical Center Culinary Arts Program/The Green Ladle.  My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with the students in dining room management and hospitality.
I have worked at the Lewiston Regional Technical Center since 1993 in several capacities.  Prior to my current position in the LRTC Culinary Arts Program, I was the administrative medical assistant in the student health center, Ed Tech in the School of Health Sciences and in the Human Services Program.
I recently completed a Culinary Arts Certificate program taught by Chef Dan Caron through the Lewiston Adult Education Program.
