Chef Dan Caron has been in the food service business for over 40 years; teaching for 21 years. He owned a catering business and restaurant business for 8 years.  He has worked as a chef for gourmet restaurants in the Portland and Kittery, Maine area.  Chef Caron also works as a consultant for 4 large healthcare facilities.  Chef Caron has also served as a private chef for many years.
